How do you assess what my home could be worth?

I consider relevant recent sales, current competing properties, local buyer demand and the individual features, condition, position and presentation of your home. Where possible, inspecting the property allows me to provide a more informed and realistic market range.

Which North Shore areas do you work in?

I work throughout Browns Bay, Torbay, Waiake, Rothesay Bay, Long Bay, Northcross, Murrays Bay, Albany and the wider North Shore. I have also been known to sell homes out of these core areas.
