Free Marketing Promotion

  1. The promoter is exclusively, Neil O’Gorman and Barfoot and Thompson. This promotion is for NZ residents only. Employees of Barfoot & Thompson, their families, associated companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, are not eligible for this promotion.

  2. Eligibility for this promotion is dependent on the vendor signing a written sole agency agreement with Neil O’Gorman from Barfoot and Thompson Browns Bay.

  3. To be eligible for the marketing promotion, your property must have a minimum C.V of $995,000.

  4. The vendors’ marketing investment payment as detailed on the marketing budget, is due at the time of signing of the Agency agreement. Eligibility for this promotion is dependent on payment being received within 3 working days of the date of signing the Agency Agreement.

  5. The maximum marketing refund is $2300.00 and will be refunded as part of the release of deposit process for an unconditional Barfoot & Thompson sale of your property. Marketing funds paid for by the customer over and above the refund threshold of $2300.00 will not be refunded.

  6. The marketing entry closing, and opening dates are: 02/12/2023 to 25/01/2025 12pm.

  7. The Commission must be the standard Barfoot and Thompson commission rate, unless otherwise mutually agreed on.

  8. If the property associated with the promotion does not succeed in an unconditional Barfoot & Thompson sale within the initial sole agency period, the vendor shall not be eligible for a refund.

  9. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions unless otherwise agreed on.

  10. Neil O’Gorman and Barfoot & Thompson is not responsible or liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries, or for any problems or technical malfunctions, which may result in delay or failure to enter your property into the promotion.

  11. Entry is limited to one property per eligible entrant.

  12. To the extent permitted by NZ law, Neil O’Gorman – Barfoot and Thompson excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly or indirectly, out of, or in connection with this promotion.

  13. Any personal information collected as part of this promotion will be held by Barfoot & Thompson in accordance with it’s privacy policy. You have the right to access, update and correct your information
